It's very, very processor intensive and the plugins are very large to download don't let that dissuade you. Its sounds just like the famous hardware: it provides the tone and it creates the "weight" of it. Its not always 100% perfect, but I think its generally remarkable and better than just about any algorithmic software out there that promises to do the same. They've developed a specialized type of convolution tech that lets them "sample" hardware, capture the tone and harmonic qualities, and then apply that sound to whatever is run through the plugin. Long story short: AA is s small Italian company with a strong core following. I think they've developed the next level of plugin tech and the world will be following soon.
